Why does my blog can't be accessed?????

I need your help indeed!

I'd like to write something on this site, because i like services provide by google.
but the articles i wrote can't be viewed(accessed). may be my friends want to see my blog, how to do?

But i can login every time, just can't view it by "http://chocolly.blogspot.com", and
"https://chocolly.blogspot.com" is no use also.
